Alongside Head chef Mark Wright Who is back in his home town and ready to put his stamp on the new restaurant.
Mark is a Local chef with 20 years experience at high end restaurants in London and overseas.
He trained at many of London’s finest hotels and awarded a scholarship with sir Terence Conran at his Apprentice chef school, pont de la tour in London.
After working many years abroad running restaurants and working for the rich and famous he is Now back home in his hometown of Upminster and is looking forward to making this restaurant as successful as previous ventures.
